Job Description:

Duties: Serve as a member of Fidelity's Workplace Investing (WI) Digital

Platforms team, which designs, develops, implements and supports WI's suite

of Internet products and services. As an individual contributor, will be

responsible for working with Fidelity Workplace clients and implementing

new feature developments from inception to delivery. Will enable the

successful delivery of new/updated features to the latest version of the WI

Digital Platforms applications.

Primary Responsibilities

• Execute analysis, document requirements and create specifications

for medium to large-scale projects.

• Analyze existing systems and recommend designs for achieving

requirements.

• Utilize understanding of SDL Tridion Web Content Management to

communicate technical concepts to the internal stakeholders inside and

outside of the development team.

• Collaborate with internal business stakeholders and the development

team on technology strategy, requirements, design, testing, and

implementation to provide systems solutions and coordinate delivery of

technology services.

• Support quality assurance team members throughout all testing

phases, including creation of Test Plan and Test Strategy, Systems

Integration Testing (SIT), Systems Acceptance Testing (SAT), and User

Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Collaborate with other technologists to develop technical

specifications, document SRA (System Requirements Analysis) and SDS

(Systems Delivery Specification).

• Train new team members on innovation management strategies, and

artificial intelligence, business intelligence and big data strategies.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in

Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,

Mathematics, Physics or a closely related field and three (3) years of

experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience in systems

analysis and design of financial services applications within an enterprise

level SDL Tridion Web Content Management System; or, alternatively, a

Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science,

Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics,

Physics or a closely related field and one (1) year of experience in the

job offered or one (1) year of experience in systems analysis and design of

financial services applications within an enterprise level SDL Tridion Web

Content Management System. Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated

Expertise (“DE”) utilizing SDL Tridion for the design and development of

Tridion architectures/blueprints, content and page structures, schemas,

templates and taxonomies for high-scale, secure customer-facing financial

service websites; DE performing project scope planning, systems analysis

and creating technical system documentation utilizing Agile and Waterfall

methodologies for requirements elicitation, design, development, QA and

production rollout of high-scale secure customer-facing websites, including

use of Rational Team Concert and Enterprise Jira to manage development

stories; DE in design and development support of high scale secure

financial services customer-facing website functionality using big data

strategies -- predictive modeling, churn analysis, decision tree modeling,

cluster analysis, and data mining -- and system analysis programming using:

R, SQL, HTML 4/5, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and XML; and DE creating and

implementing financial industry innovation management strategies and

applying innovation methodologies to implement new technology trends, and

artificial intelligence, business intelligence and big data strategies.
