Job Description:
Duties: Coordinate business, design, development, and
publishing initiatives across the organization to deliver a unified
Fidelity.com experience. Manage a portfolio of initiatives through the full
project life- cycle, from strategy development through successful
implementation. Primary Responsibilities • Lead business requirement documentation and execution of enhancements to Online Account Opening and Digital Tracker
Platform. • Ensure technical solutions deliver integrated digital
experiences that achieve overall customer experience objectives. • Monitor external best-in-class digital experiences and
market trends among competition and cross-category industry
leaders. • Work with key product and segment partners to identify
capabilities required to meet customer needs. • Synthesize project accomplishments, strategy, and issues for
senior executive presentations. • Partner with Marketing, Product, Distribution, Technology,
and Legal/Risk/Compliance to deliver system enhancements and grow
Fidelity.com as a sales channel. • Prepare detailed technical specifications and
documentation. • Perform technical analysis and component delivery. • Oversee the gathering of technical and business requirements
and the creation of functional specification documents and use case
documents. • Perform manual system integration testing for all releases of
the application to ensure code quality. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Business, Digital Marketing, Quantitative Marketing, Computer
Engineering, or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience in
the job offered or five (5) years of experience in digital marketing,
digital product or digital experience management, or business or systems
analysis; or, alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Business, Digital Marketing, Quantitative Marketing, Computer
Engineering, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience in
the job offered or three (3) years of experience in digital marketing,
digital product or digital experience management, or business or systems
analysis. Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”)
partnering with key stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, roadmap,
and supporting metrics to deliver and enhance a digital customer
experience. DE driving scoping and definition process for new digital product
concepts, including business case, product specification, and prototyping;
DE in digital product management, including designing requirements for
digital product experience; DE in digital product design using Agile
