Tax Administrative AssistantWe are currently seeking candidates for a Tax Administrative Assistant at a very reputable accounting firm located in Downtown Providence, RI, 02903. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of similar experience. This opportunity is a 2-to-3-month temporary role (Feb. 10, 2021 to April 30, 2021) and ON-SITE 5 to 6 days per week (Monday - Saturday). There will be weekends required.Hourly Pay Rate: Up to $25.00 per hour (based on relevant work experience).Responsibilities* Provide tax operational support including processing of client tax returns in an accurate and timely manner. Assemble tax organizers and tax return documents for clients.* Transmit final documents to clients via DocuSign.* Appropriately organize and store fully executed documents.* Provide administrative support to multiple team members daily, including calendar management, preparation of expense reports and client correspondence.* Prepare, analyze and review client invoices to ensure accuracy and timely billing. * Very deadline driven* Workflow comes in "waves"Qualifications* Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred* Proficiency in MS Word and Excel * Ability to multi-task* Strong sense of urgency* Strong attention to detailFor immediate consideration, interested and qualified candidates, please email updated resume in a Word document to Howie at hgorman@daleyaa.com
