Job Description:In this role, you'll work in Fidelity Institutional (FI) to support the systems analysis on a fast-paced Agile team. You'll make a large impact on the organization by helping solve complicated business problems for our clients.The Expertise and Skills You Bring5-7 years systems analysis experience.Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes. Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience is expected.Brokerage or Financial Services experience preferred.Bachelor's degree required. Technology-related field preferred.Transmissions/Integrations on Mainframe and Distributed Systems' experience is strongly preferredKnowledge of API Development, AWS (Cloud) Migration, and Workflow/Process Automation is strongly preferredYou have strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.Ability to work in a highly-matrixed environment, involving multiple partners, technical groups, COEs, squads, product areas and domainsYou are a technical problem solver, who can work in a demanding, fast-paced environment, engaging, collaborating and supporting capabilities across-product areas and domainsProactive, with a strong desire to learn and become a contributor to a highly functioning team.Proven understanding of the financial services industry, attained through training and application experience.Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiation, communication, and influence.Can navigate the organization in order to accomplish your work.Can successfully multi-task across a variety of tasks and responsibilities.Can effectively take the lead on issues, and gain resolution in a timely manner.Proactive, detail-oriented, team player who understands how systems applications can provide solutions to business problems and objectives.The TeamFidelity Institutional provides products and services to banks, broker/dealers, registered investment advisors, family offices, and other financial intermediaries to meet their brokerage and banking needs. The FI technology platform is delivered to these external clients, primarily via web-based and mobile applications, application programming interfaces, transmission files, and collaborates with third-party applications.
