-Responsibilities -The (Senior) Financial Analyst 3 primarily
supports the reporting, analysis, and communicationof actual
financial performance and forecast outlook for Global
Infrastructure & ItalyTechnology and CTO Lottery. In this role, the
selected candidate will be responsible forproviding a wide scope of
financial information and insights to technology management. -
Performs periodic financial
forecasting of headcount, operating expenses, charge outs, and
capital expenditures forecast for assigned areasLeads the monthly
close process for assigned areas, prepares journal entries,
understands variances between actuals vs. forecast/budget, ability
to deliver high-quality analysis independently, leveraging
spreadsheet and other quantitative toolsMaintain, monitor, and
perform quarterly true up for over/under absorption of charge-out
modelsParticipate in the calculation of the annual standard labor
rates calculation and monthly absorption analysisSupport the annual
5-year plan preparation, forecast input, presentations, variance
commentaries, and cost analysesAugment other teams in Lottery
Technology with ad hoc or periodic tasksSupports cost control,
monitors metrics and KPI's, creates various ad-hoc reporting and
analysesAssist in the development and improvement of reporting

4 to 6 years or more of job-related
accounting or forecast experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting,
Finance, or a related fieldAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel,
ability to manipulate data extracts using ExcelVLOOKUP, Pivot
Tables, sumif, etcResults-oriented with the ability to deliver
high-quality work productHighly organized with the ability to
multi-task and meet multiple deadlinesSAP/BPC experience, knowledge
of/curiosity for Data science/analytics a plusUnderstanding of and
adherence to Accounting policies and SOX controls -Keys to Success

including background, skills,experience, and work location. These
factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimatedstarting
compensation range for the Sr. Financial Analyst role is $38,200 -
$133,000. The actual payoffered may end up being higher or lower.
The Company will comply with all local pay requirements
andcollective bargaining agreements, where applicable.Base pay is
only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be
eligible for commissionpayments, while other roles are eligible for
discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a401(k)
