This role collaborates with field and other internal stakeholders.How You'll Get it Done

• Develop, monitor, and update the project schedule.
• Oversee work in place, and ensure work meets plans, specifications, and expected quality.
• Manage and deliver all aspects of project financial management
• Act as the main contact for all project communications and establish communication methods and norms for the construction team.
• coordinate and lead weekly meetings to discuss progress to schedule, and to resolve issues such as budget, project scope, and timeline
• Work collaboratively with field and other team members
• Support estimating and business development activities
• Hire, coach, and develop Assistant Project ManagersWhat You're Bringing to the Table
  • Bachelor's degree in construction, structural design, engineering; or, commensurate work experience---
  • 5+ years of experience in the Construction industry, including project management---
  • 3+ years of experience managing construction project financial controls and project schedules
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding plans and specifications---
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore and construction accounting software (Sage 300, Timberscan)
  • Knowledge of project financials (invoice approval, requisitions, internal reporting)
