-The Finance Manager is a critical role within IGT's PlayDigital
business unit supporting theiGaming line of business. The iGaming
business is the stronghold of IGT's PlayDigital segmentand is
continuing to see strong growth into 2022 and beyond as markets
expand in the US andworldwide. The right candidate will play a key
role in supporting iGaming internal stakeholdersand achieving the
iGaming strategic plan. This position reports to the Sr. Finance
Managerbased in Providence, RI. -Principle Duties and
Responsibilities: -
Commercial modeling and
analysisReporting & analysis of actual resultsPerform ad-hoc
analysis on a wide range of requests from managementAbility to
interface with the highest levels of executive management and
effectively communicate dynamics impacting the financial results &
forecast
Participate in the annual long-range
planning activitiesInvestigate and resolve outages in the actual
results and see them through to resolutionAssist in the preparation
of consolidated financial packagesDesign, build, and automate
reporting capabilities in BPCBuild collaborative relationships with
cross-functional teams to influence change that leads to tighter
control of financial activities and improves reporting
abilitiesPerforms additional duties and responsibilities as
assigned -Qualifications -
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree
in business, accounting, finance or a related field4-7 years of
job-related experienceCritical thinking skills, proven ability to
solve complex problemsTechnical competence and willingness to learn
new technologies and software applicationsProficiency in Microsoft
Excel and PowerPoint; SAP/BPC experience a plusMotivated
self-starter with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and
deliver high-quality work productStrong communication skillsKeys to

including background, skills,experience, and work location. These
factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimatedstarting
compensation range is $72,900 - $155,500. The actual pay offered
may end up being higher orlower. The Company will comply with all
local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements,where
applicable.Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.
Sales roles may be eligible for commissionpayments, while other
roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer
