Job Summary:
This is a key, highly visible position that demonstrates integrity and accountability being responsible for analysis and reconciliation of systems and related cashless payments. Reports directly to the Manager of Interactive Funds Operations.

What you will do for IGT:
--- Conduct in-depth data analysis, validation, and investigation as needed using multiple systems, consolidating data, and manually manipulating large sets of data
--- Critically analyze and reconcile payment processor's cashless reported sales to internal systems and bank accounts, investigating with third party payment service providers and/or IGT internal technology departments on discrepancies as necessary
--- Creating daily, weekly, and monthly settlement statements to customers for cashless program
--- Prepare customer, 3rd party and internal wire transfer requests utilizing internal control processes
--- Prepare and analyze daily and weekly cash position reports and projections on multiple bank accounts for management
--- Ensure issues are identified, researched, tracked and resolve in a timely manner
--- Support internal and external financial audits
--- Verify and process payment adjustment requests via third party portals
--- Support cashless program through various financial analysis including actuals and projections for all cashless program activity, including but not limited to, bank fees, payment process fees, and chargebacks
--- Establishes and modifies procedure documents for key financial activities
--- Generate ad-hoc reports and additional duties as required in a timely and accurate manner
--- Make recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiencies
Work Location:
This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule (50% remote from home/50% in-office) at our Providence, RI office.
Requirements
Qualifications:
--- Holds a bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Management) or equivalent experience
--- Self-leadership, an entrepreneurial spirit and ready to hit the ground running
--- Proven organizational and prioritization skills in fast paced and evolving environment
--- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand business needs and interact at all levels of the business

--- Understand the unique qualities to work in a small, dynamic, collaborative, independent team
--- Fintech and/or payments experience a plus
--- Must pass criminal and credit background checks

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $54,500-$105,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
