Job Description:
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for
leading and/or supporting the complete product management lifecycle
from concept through release and adoption. The new CSS platform
will enable customers and partners to access critical Oracle
services more effectively in pursuit of cloud-based digital
transformation. In addition, the platform will support scaled
world-class service delivery by Oracle's operations, sales, and
service delivery teams. The platform will integrate with multiple
Oracle service platforms including MyLearn, My Oracle Support,
Sales Cloud, and more. The Product Manager will work closely with
cross-functional teams, including software engineers,
infrastructure engineers, technical program managers, and business
collaborators, throughout the product management lifecycle. The
ideal candidate will have a strong well-rounded technical
background, deep experience in understanding and analyzing data,
business intelligence development and data integrations, and
product design and development experience with cloud-based
technologies with a particular focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
and Oracle applications. Additionally, the candidate will have a
demonstrable legacy of "leading by influence", a reputation as an
exceptional great teammate and strong communicator (written and
verbal), and a history of leading activities within large-scale

Oracle's strategic and competitive position and deliver a product
with capabilities that further strategic goals. - Develop and
implement product and customer lifecycle strategies that enhance
the utilization and experience of our users and leads to subsequent
product growth and/or development. - Take ownership and
accountability over key projects that will fuel the design,
development, utilization, and upgrade of the platform. - Organize
interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the
project/product on schedule, aligned to standards, and within
budget. - Identify customer needs, be responsible for market
research, and monitor market trends/competitive landscape -
Recommend, specify, design, and implement major changes to existing
software architecture. - Work closely with QA function to build,
review, and implement unit, integration, and regression test plans
and unit test plans. - Work with product development and CSS
Engineering team to analyze customer and fleet intelligence - Act
as a product advisor to senior leadership and other internal team
members (marketing, sales and/or delivery etc.) - Support the
growth and development of a dedicated, diverse, equitable and
inclusive team of product managers and product leaders - Lead
matrixed working groups composed of functional peers through the
ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into
product requirements to enhance user satisfaction - Partner with
customer, partner, and internal teams to understand their use cases
and inform success models - Shape the business intelligence model
and function of the product. - Define and analyze metrics that
inform the success of the product - Improve efficiency in a
constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and
creative solutions are the norm - Lead multiple product initiatives
and priorities, scale teams, and ensure org is effective, healthy
and positioned for success by establishing clear and measurable
goals - Identify and initiate opportunities for new projects or
focus areas, and spearhead working groups necessary to implement
development plans for new capabilities, services, and processes. -
Develop platform-based adoption insights to inform development and
ongoing management of a post-implementation customer product
experience maturity model. - Communicate user issues and feedback
to all CSS organizational functions - Promote new features to
collaborators by identifying and illustrating the best use
casesProduct Manager Preferred Qualifications - Minimum of 10 years
of Product Management, Product Design, Consulting or Software
delivery experience in a consumer-focused technology company -
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and customer
adoption and expansion issues. - Strong problem-solving skills and
willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done - Highly
self-motivated to work on tasks independently, while working in a
fast-paced environment - Inside Customer or Customer-facing
experience within a SaaS environment. - Knowledge of Oracle cloud
infrastructure, business intelligence, and/or other applications. -
Strong technical background with significant hands-on experience
throughout the software development lifecycle - Proven track record
to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict
attention to detail. - Experience with building, analyzing and
interpreting customer data to influence collaborator decisions. -
Ability to interact with enterprise customer teams at various
levels of technical and non-technical depth. - Experience providing
insights, establishing relationships with, and driving value to
C-Level. - Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across
various lines of business - Experience working with
cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, Support, Revenue
Ops) - Experience working within an Agile environment - Experience
driving product or service adoption to a geographically-distributed
target audience. - Strong executive communication skills and
presence. - Excellent project management and team management
skills. - Strong negotiating and influence skills. Critical
thinking/analytical leadership experience - Experience building 1-2
products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces - Bachelor's

from $114,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus,

of business.Candidates are typically placed into the range based on

Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to

and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation
accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours
