Senior Program Coordinator

Job Description:

Our client, a prestigious local University, is in need of a Senior Program Coordinator for 40 hours per week for their MBA Center until at least June 30.The temporary employee will:

Provide office management and operational support for the center and the Specialized Master's team including managing email inboxes for MBA and specialized Masters programs.
Oversee day to day student employee projects and operations.
Answer phones and direct walk-in inquiries.The right candidate will also:
Support purchasing needs for student clubs.
Handle office supplies and other community engagement initiatives.
Liaise with Questrom Finance & Administration to review and process contracts for execution.
Pay invoices and process student reimbursements.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Great interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Suite, with particular emphasis on Excel.*This is an in-person, 5 days a week position.
