As part of our Policy, Strategy and Leadership team, you'll provide strategic oversight, manage operations, and develop policies for all aspects of the Human Resources team.

Required Knowledge and Skills :
Demonstrated steady progression and advancement with increased responsibilities within a human resources function, emphasizing proven success in roles leading, teaming, and communicating effectively with leadership and staff levels for a professional services firm focused on audit and assurance, tax, and consulting services.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates proven expert-level knowledge of; and/or success in roles leading, developing, and/or executing; HR strategies and procedures with additional depth and breadth of understanding of an audit and assurance, tax, and consulting service firm's business and strategic HR priorities in the following areas:
- HR strategy implementation, talent management, change management leadership, coaching, compensation strategy and delivery and performance management.

Demonstrated proven expert-level abilities and success with overseeing the design and planning of programs that align an audit and assurance, tax, and consulting service firm's Internal firm services' (IFS) business strategy with human capital, which includes the following areas:
- Contribute to our Talent strategy for the Firm, in conjunction with other HR leaders, collaborating with other IFS leaders regarding the alignment of IFS business strategy to human capital and HR customer service;
- Determining teaming strategy and HR objectives and priorities, in conjunction with leadership;
- Communicating about HR strategy and programs with IFS leaders and staff;
- Providing input regarding strategies and programs to Firmwide HR Leaders;
- Maintaining collaborative and extensive working relationships with IFS Functional leaders, other HR leaders and other key contacts;
- Leading, coaching and developing national IFS HR team members, as well as a team of functional HR directors in the execution of the firm's people strategy including succession planning within the IFS functions;
- Collaborating with a highly-matrix internal HR networks including Market HR Leaders and IFS Market Leaders on IFS-specific matters;
- Overseeing the determination of IFS long-term sourcing strategies to achieve business objectives;
- Collaborating with IFS leaders and Learning & Development (L&D) leaders to develop L&D strategies and programs; and,
- Serving as the key leader for approving transfers, sign on bonuses, relocations and other related financial decisions affecting IFS results.
