Job Description:
Administrative Assistant - Providence, RIWe are currently
seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant position located
in Providence, RI. The position is with an industry leading CPA
firm and the Administrative Assistant will be supporting the firm's
Tax Division. All candidates considered must have 2+ years of
administrative assistant experience.This is a 3+ month contract
position that will pay $25/hour. This position will require
overtime, which will be compensated accordingly.Responsibilities*
Perform telephone coverage and calendar management* Schedule
domestic and international travel arrangements* Assist with
compiling and distributing investment research* Process legal
documents for signature* Prepare expense reports* Draft various
correspondences for analysts, as requested* Other duties and
projects as assigned* Create reports utilizing excelQualifications*
2+ years of administrative support experience* Extensive calendar
management experience* Proficient Microsoft Excel & Outlook*
Effective communication skillsInterested and qualified candidates
