Job Description:

Adecco has immediate needs for customer service representatives fluent in Spanish.



A Bilingual Customer Care Agent will be taking inbound calls and resolving issues. Job responsibilities include:



.Research and respond to customer questions and concerns


.Educate customers about services


.Perform administrative tasks



Job requirements:


.2 years customer service experience


.Excellent communication skills


.Bilingual-Spanish


.Strong organizational skills


.Excellent problem solving skills


.Working knowledge of MS office programs


.Must be compassionate.
