Job Description Job Description Title: Administrative Assistant I Location: 6000 Nathan Lane N, Plymouth, MN 55442 Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: $19.36/hr (W2) Job Description: Seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations, front desk duties, and mailroom functions. Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors; issue guest badges Maintain building and card access systems Handle all incoming/outgoing mail and shipping Track mailroom inventory and assist with budget planning Manage shred bins and stock printer paper Operate mailing equipment and log deliveries Qualifications: High school diploma Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
