The RoleDo you want to have an impact on our customers' businesses and be part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team committed to improving the value of our event programs within Fidelity Institutional (FI)? We are looking for an Event Marketing Associate who will assist in coordinating logistics and event execution for our industry and proprietary client events. Key areas of responsibility include:

• Maintaining event database and ensuring accuracy of event records
• Managing event calendar and reporting to key business partners and stakeholder
• Managing event speaker/presentation library
• Assisting with the creation of social media event promotions for our industry events and webinars
• Helping with the implementation of webinars
• Supporting the employment of events through coordination of workflow and compliance approvals of event materials
  The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (marketing or related field preferred)
  • Preferred work experience in related areas of program/project management, event management, or marketing
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, ability to run many different projects simultaneously and prioritize results
  • Passionate about process and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Curiosity about event marketing
    The TeamThe Fidelity Institutional Segment and Solutions Marketing team is part of Fidelity Institutional's marketing team, supporting institutional investors and financial intermediaries (banks, broker dealers, RIAs).
