Responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries and conducting follow?up calls as needed. Provides clear, accurate information on prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential account details while maintaining strict confidentiality standards. Delivers exceptional customer service with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail when entering and updating customer information. Daily call volume ranges from 50–100 calls depending on complexity and workload. Utilizes multiple internal systems and software platforms to research information, document interactions, and ensure timely follow-up and communication with customers. Performance is measured through quality, accuracy, and adherence to call handling standards. Skills Call Center Operations Customer Service Customer Support Attention to Detail Multitasking & Time Management Data Entry & Documentation System Navigation & Computer Proficiency Top Skills (Detailed) Call Center Experience: High-volume inbound call handling, call documentation, and efficient customer interaction. Customer Service: Providing professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused support. Customer Support: Managing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent call center experience Consistent one-year tenure in previous roles Strong, stable work history— no jumpy resumes (required by client) At least 1 year of high-volume call center work within the last 2–3 years Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM Solid computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems Required Assessments (IKM) Typing Test – One Space Version (1 minute): Minimum 30 WPM Call Center – Telephone Skills Assessment: Minimum passing score of 75% Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
