Wilmington, MA $26–$35/hour (based on experience) Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 1st Shift | Full-Time Industry: Medical Device &
Aerospace Precision Manufacturing About the Opportunity Tecomet, a
leading contract manufacturer in the medical and aerospace sectors,
is hiring an experienced CNC Machinist II to join its 1st shift
team in Wilmington, MA . This is a full-time, direct-hire

this role is for you. What You’ll Do Set up and operate CNC mills
and lathes per detailed engineering drawings and programs Machine
parts from a variety of materials with tight tolerance requirements
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment
Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to inspect parts
and maintain quality Read blueprints, interpret G&M code, and
make minor edits/offsets as needed Adhere to all GMP/GDP and safety
standards Maintain accurate production records and assist with
continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with your team and
escalate any machining issues as needed What You Bring 3–5 years of
CNC machining experience (multi-machine preferred) Proven ability
to set up and operate CNC equipment independently Strong blueprint
reading and GD&T interpretation skills Experience with a range
of metals and materials Excellent attention to detail and a strong
safety mindset Team player with solid communication and
