Job Description Job Description Superintendent We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires effective coordination between various teams and management of site operations to meet project goals. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction staff to maintain project schedules. Review project plans and specifications, providing input on construction methods and materials. Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues that arise promptly. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Prepare and submit project progress reports to stakeholders and management. Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction, particularly in fit-out, ground-up, and tenant improvement projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
