Job Description Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: Our client is
looking for an HVAC Installer to join their growing team! The HVAC
Installer is responsible for installing residential and
light-commercial HVAC systems and components, ensuring complete
customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards. Assist
in training, work planning, site audits, and may perform limited
diagnostics under supervision. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Install
heating, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration equipment,
and accessories per manufacturer specs and company standards •
Design, fabricate, and install ductwork and duct fittings; perform
system start-ups and airflow balancing • Deliver excellent customer
service, address inquiries/issues, and promote additional
services/products • Perform limited diagnostics, collect payments,
and complete accurate job documentation • Maintain company property
and vehicle cleanliness, restock parts, and return warranty items •
Assist supervisor with site supervision, planning, estimating, and
quality audits • Train other installers and support in their
development as needed HEALTH & SAFETY: • Report unsafe conditions
or incidents immediately • Use and maintain proper PPE, never
bypass safety devices • Participate in safety initiatives and
adhere to company and legal safety procedures REQUIRED SKILLS &
QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or GED; HVAC technical
training with ? 1 year experience • Required
certifications/licenses relevant to your location (EPA, safety,
etc.) • Proficient in installation of HVAC systems—equipment,
ductwork, electrical/refrigerant systems • Skilled in system
start-up, airflow balancing, and alignment of belts/pulleys •
Ability to install additional equipment like air cleaners,
humidifiers, boilers with minimal supervision • Strong mechanical
aptitude with full tool capability • Effective communication,
time-management, and organizational skills • Valid driver’s license
and acceptable driving record • Able to work flexible hours and
on-call shifts • Physically capable: climb ladders, maneuver in
tight spaces, lift up to 75 lbs, and handle varied environmental
conditions. Compensation: $24-$50/hour (Depending on experience)
