Join us!The Supply Chain Manager will have high interaction and influence with cross-functional teams to ensure that the Lincoln Supply chain team supports business objectives including customer service and total delivered cost goals. This role will prioritize the professional development and growth of the team and represent the Lincoln site during the Sales and Operational Planning Process.You Will Have the Opportunity To:

  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and development opportunities to ensure career development is prioritized for the team.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve core business objectives and resolve complex business problems. Includes significant product launches and root cause analysis for any customer facing performance gaps.
      • Represent Lincoln at the S&OP (sales and operational planning) meetings and report and take actions on inventory, on time delivery, capacity constraints, lead times, and utilizations.
        • Implement recommended standardization, SAP functionality, and be a change agent across the supply chain team.
          • Identify, drive, and deliver process improvement and productivity projects and allocate team resources as needed.
            • Collaborate, build, and maintain relationships with key functional partners (Operations, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, etc.).
              • Responsible for the safety of employees and self. Serve as a role model in leading a safety-first culture.
                • Manages communications with internal and external customers regarding order status, lead times, and resolution of open issues.
                  • Manage planning related responsibilities involving cycle counts and physical inventories. Perform periodic inventory adjustments to ensure inventory accuracy.
                    • Performs other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS:
                      • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Business/Supply Chain management.
                        • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Supply Chain/Materials/Production Planning Manager with multiple direct reports.
                          • Minimum of 5 years' experience utilizing MRP, Capacity Planning, Demand Management, and Inventory Management ERP software systems. Knowledge of the specialty metals industry a plus.
                            • Advanced skills and experience in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
                              • APICS CPIM/CIRM/CSCP certification preferred.
                                • Experience and proficiency in use of SAP Software preferred.
                                  • Effective leadership with collaborative style; must be able to effectively communicate and work closely with various cross-functional groups at multiple locations.
                                    • Must have strong/positive verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers.
                                      • Must be customer focused and demonstrate the ability to understand customer needs and requirements.
                                        • Proven track record of successful development and implementation of innovative ideas with demonstrated business results.
                                          • Strong result's orientation. Prioritizes work to maximize bottom line business impact. Requires minimal supervision.
                                            • Ability to promote, educate and execute solid supply chain fundamentals with others.The selection of the person to be hired for this position is contingent on the candidate having export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology which comes under the licensing jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the U.S. Department of Commerce, Export Administration Regulations (EAR).The candidate selected will have to qualify as either a U.S. citizen, a U.S. National, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a Person Admitted into the U.S. as an Asylee or Refugee., a National of a country that is not prohibited from having access to U.S. controlled technology (via a letter of assurance), or a Person to be approved for an export license by the governing agency whose technology comes under its jurisdiction.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
