Find a job you---ll love today!Senior Manager Sales Operations - United States (EST workday) Primary Job Duties: Reporting to and operating as the right-hand to the Senior Director, Sales Operations and Demand Generation to ensure alignment in process and reporting across GEOs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contracts and pricing coordination between key business units and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for gaining insights from reporting of sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity.
  • Assists the Sr. Director Sales Operations in developing, managing, strategizing and improving SalesOps processes based on the business intelligence, insights and direct communications with the organization
  • Project manage cross-functional initiatives for Sales Operations as needed
  • Assist the Sr. Financial Analyst by ensuring they have access to the data necessary to perform their job duties
  • Critically evaluates information gathered, and reconcile and identify gaps, uncover unmet business needs and work with the Business Analyst resource to ensure data is readily available.
  • Leverage Reporting dashboard data to uncover sales insights that can be shared with leadership to drive change management opportunities
  • Closely studies sales performance data to determine trends and uncover opportunities for improvement across the organization
  • Reviews market intelligence reports and identifies areas of opportunity to be leveraged for demand and lead gen campaigns
  • Reporting of Sales Performance and Daily updates as needed to Leadership
  • Attends and participates in sales and marketing strategy meetings
  • Performs weekly Pipeline calls to ensure accuracy of pipeline deals i.e., realistic staging/probability and provide highlights from the meeting that are notable for Leadership
  • Works with the Content & Sales Enablement Manager to align on Sales Training Needs
  • Provides assistance with Account, Target and Opportunity Planning.
  • Engage with Sr. Director Sales Operations to ensure seamless feedback loop regarding gaps for continuous improvement. Required Qualifications:
    • 4+ Years - Desired Market Area Experience: Sales Operations
    • 2+ Years - Desired Market Area Experience: Call Center / BPO
    • 1+ Years Experience Sales Operations Reporting and Analysis
    • 2+ Years Experience Salesforce CRM or Similar
    • Excellent verbal, writing, grammar, and communication skills
    • Active listening skills and good rapport builder
    • Detail oriented, logical thought-process driven
    • Highly organized, flexible, and ability to multi-task
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
