Title: Anchor Training ManagerDivision: TPCDepartment: Anchor
Recovery Community CenterLocation: Anchor Recovery Community Center
– 310 Reservoir AveReports To: Senior Manager of Recovery Support
Services SUMMARYDevelop and oversee state and federally funded
training programs for peer recovery specialists for substance use
and mental health disorders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Oversee
BHDDH state integrated training contract and HRSA peer recovery for
youth grant - Manage staff involved in these projects - Work with
staff to develop curriculum, internship and apprenticeship
programs, and facilitate trainings - Work with marketing department
to market training opportunities. - Monitor budgets, collect date,
submit reports -Involvement in regular meetings with BHDDH and HRSA
- Assist with CPRSS certificationQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job
successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential
duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are

working knowledge of addictions and recovery support services.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE LCDP preferred. BA or higher preferred.
CPRS certification required. Minimum of 5-7 years' experience
working in a recovery support setting. Experience in management and
training required. Must have strong computer skills. Knowledge of
national trends in recovery support services. LANGUAGE SKILLSMust
possess excellent communications skills. Ability to read and
interpret documents such as operating instructions, and policy and
procedure manuals. Ability to write reports and correspondence and
to speak effectively with employees of The Center and outside
agencies.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and
decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply commonsense understanding to
carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables
in standardized situations.
