Job Description:
*This role is fully on-site in Providence, RI* The Sr. Manager,
Talent Management plans and executes Textron's talent management
strategy, processes and programs, including talent reviews,
internal talent movement, succession planning, and performance
management, to ensure that Textron has the right people in the
right role at the right time. The Talent Management Lead ensures
that Textron's talent programs and processes meet the needs of the
enterprise, the business units and drives results.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for informing and implementing Textron's talent
management strategy, including managing Textron's talent processes,
conducting internal and external benchmarking, and proposing future
improvements and simplifications
- Lead the Textron Talent Review process by guiding the Business
Units to ensure the necessary information and resources are
available for our leaders to engage in robust talent
discussions
- Accountable for Textron's Performance Management Process and
the seamless experience for employees, managers, and leaders
- Ensure consistent talent management information, training,
processes, and messaging across all businesses, this includes
enterprise training, resources, communication templates, job aids,
etc.
- Continuously evaluate processes and systems to ensure the
effectiveness of the organization's talent strategies
- Accountable for exemplary customer support and resolution on
all talent management issues
- Responsible for the management of our performance management
and related systems, including system updates, upgrades,
improvements and metrics.
- Manage and develop team of direct reports
- Protect and maintain the privacy of employee personnel records
including, but
- not limited to, personal and compensation information about
employees

Education/Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a talent related
field
- Textron business unit experience desired
- Ability to design and utilize analytics to inform process and
strategy
- Experience designing and improving system business requirements
needed to
- support processes
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain strong
relationships
- Proven track record of managing cross functional and/or cross
business projects
- Demonstrated ability in developing a business case
