Job Description:

Direct-to-Consumer team you will be responsible for owning and
driving user focused product initiatives. You will help to develop
a business case for new initiatives and manage products through the
entire lifecycle with ownership of the product roadmap and
development, working in tandem with partners from UX, engineering,
marketing, sales, and customer support.You should have a passion
for learning and a desire to help people discover new opportunities
and improve their lives through learning. Your focus should be
removing roadblocks and making life easier for the customer with
delightful and unexpectedly great experiences. You'll have an
opportunity to impact customers lives in a meaningful and positive
way.As a senior product manager, you'll be expected to manage your
time and resources in a remote working environment with the freedom
to drive the product to meet strategic objectives and timelines.

shine.Qualifications:+ Bachelor's degree+ 7 years of experience in
product management with consumer facing products+ Experience with
end-to-end product delivery+ Experience overseeing product roadmap
and strategy+ Experience with feature delivery and making
tradeoffs+ Experience contributing to engineering discussions
around technology decisions and strategy related to a product+
Experience in analytical experimentation techniques to derive
insight and grow engagement+ Strong design and customer experience
acumen+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills+
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across geographies+
Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives+
Experience working with partner teams (e.g., engineering, design,
marketing, sales, etc.) and managing complex programs under
deadlines and with competing prioritiesResponsibilities:+ Be an
advocate for the customer.+ Drive a customer focused product
roadmap and prioritize effectively.+ Drive customer research
initiatives to understand customer needs and ensure product market
fit.+ Understand competition and identify how we win through
differentiation.+ Lead and engage with cross-functional teams to
launch products that meet customer needs.+ Identify and track KPIs
including usage and financial metrics to measure product success.+
Drive key decisions with cross-functional stakeholders.The
anticipated starting salary range for Colorado-based individuals
expressing interest in this position is $120 - 140K. This position
is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Benefits
