Position Summary: Lead the day-to-day marketing, field/event marketing, and sponsorships focused on G-Form's largest business unit- Bike. -In addition, support similar marketing functions as the overall business continues to scale. - -Essential Functions/Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions:

  • Lead the day-to-day planning and activation for the G-Form Bike business unit
  • Support the VP of Global Marketing in setting strategy and delivering measurable KPI's
  • Primary point of contact for field marketing, events and sponsorships with G-Form athletes and ambassadors. Manage contracts and partner relationships with content and media requirements
  • In partnership with marketing, product and sales, deliver best-in-class campaigns to support our brand and commercial objectives
  • Deliver consistent planning, scheduling, event and budget management and report up throughout the organization
  • Gather product and market intelligence through field travel and disseminate to stakeholders
  • Support additional business unit marketing (soccer, lacrosse) as the business scales
  • Focus on continuous, measurable improvement of the customer experience
    Skills/Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. -The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required which include but are not limited to:
    • A minimum of 3yrs relevant marketing, field marketing and events is required
    • College degree in business, marketing or hospitality
    • Work collaboratively with marketing, product and sales teams to ensure a best-in-class consumer experience
    • Field marketing and event experience is required. -Planning, travel, event and budget management
    • Extremely organized with planning and expert in Office 365
    • Strong communication and presentation skills. -The "face of the brand" representing G-Form
    • Experience working with event and show producers, logistics
    • Resourceful and quick thinking with the ability to deliver the plan in any business situation
    • Up to 40% travel is required in addition to some night and weekend work during even -Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, photography. -Position TypeThis is a salaried role based in our Providence, RI Headquarters. Hybrid flexibility will be considered. -Some night and weekend work will be required as the seasonal business calendar dictates. -This role can be based remotely and may also operate the G-Form field marketing vehicle. -A valid driver's license is required.
      TravelUp to 40% business travel will be required including some nights and weekends
