Job DescriptionThe Executive Director, Enterprise Third Party Risk Management will be responsible for the enterprise third party risk management (ETPRM) program for the CVS Health Enterprise. This individual will work closely with leaders in key stakeholder organizations (i.e. Information Security, Legal, Internal Audit, Compliance, Legal, Business Units, etc.) in continuing to define, expand, or implement our strategy including program expansion, continued governance structure development, policies, processes and procedures, technology tools, and creating reports and metrics. The ETPRM leader will monitor compliance and risk management of CVS Health's vendors, partners and suppliers as it relates to various risk domains. The Executive Director will have responsibility for the evolution of the program from a technical, business engagement, and overall program governance perspective. This leader will ensure compliance of the risk management process, escalate issues to the senior leader steering committee as it relates to risk resolution, and govern the applicable policies. This role is part of the Enterprise Procurement group reporting into Global Business Services with strong ties to the enterprise risk owners.This leader will be a trusted advisor to our business partners and help them navigate our Third Party Risk process and controls. They will establish deep and strategic relationships with our business stakeholders to deliver value to the Enterprise.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 131,500Maximum: 289,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 15 years of experience in third party risk management, vendor program management, or compliance related roles within a large enterprise preferred Advanced knowledge of third party risk including experience developing, implementing and managing all, or material aspects of, a comprehensive third party risk program and its related components required Understanding of data and systems relating to risk management Demonstrated leadership in collaborating, managing and influencing relationships across a broad set of stakeholders and executives Strong strategic thinking, intelligent decision making, collaboration and process management/delivery capabilities Experience in the establishment, development and communication of business metrics and dashboards, specifically KRI's and KPI's Excellent communication, presentation and writing skillsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
