Job DescriptionThe Lead Director, Internal Audit Professional Practices will lead a team of audit professionals supporting the department's overall framework and methodology, including ongoing quality assurance review (QAR) processes. As the leader of the Internal Audit Professional Practices team, you will provide project management to assigned auditors and supervise various strategic workstreams in the department, including those related to methodology, engagement, training, communication, and social activities. Lead quality assurance and control reviews to ensure the work our team does conforms with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) International Professional Practices, our department methodology, policies, and all compliance requirements. Work closely with Internal Audit department staff and leadership on execution of Quality Assurance reviews, including providing feedback on findings. Assist with the management of day-to-day responsibilities and maintenance of the Audit Plan and risk assessment; assist in monitoring/reporting on overall completion, scheduling, and budgeting of audits and resources across the department. Help with development, maintenance and reporting of dashboards and other tools that are used for overall department management. Track department KPIs. Assist with executive and Audit Committee reporting, including preparation of presentations. Work with and oversee the workflows of various Internal Audit department committees.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 100,000Maximum: 221,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 10 years prior experience in a relevant accounting or auditing role Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, etc. Professional designations such as CPA, CIA, CISA, etc. Prior experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of engaging, managing, and motivating multi-level teams Experience with preparing and/or participating in executive and/or audit committee presentations Strong analytical, deductive, problem solving, and critical thinking skills Good teamwork and collaboration skills Solid meeting management and oral/written communication skills Regular and reliable attendance Ability to travel up to 10%COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
