Job Description:As a member of the Regional Center Strategic Planning team within Fidelity s Personal Investing business, the Strategic Planner works to ensure PI Regional Centers have the right resources at the right time, to efficiently deliver a world class experience. This key planning role delivers targeted resourcing needs for key inbound client functions, utilizing niche software and creative forecasting methodologies. A successful analyst will deliver quality national headcount plans, as well as annual budget and multi-year plans. This role will also have an opportunity to make a difference in future performance by building rapport with key business partners including operations teams, function leads, RC Transformation, resource planners, and field leadership.This role supports the Personal Investing Regional Centers, delivering practical resource plans that impact a growing base of associates and front-line leaders (currently over 13,000). These associates within the PI Regional Centers work every day to inspire better futures for our customers, by helping them pursue their dreams and live fulfilled lives.The Expertise You Have

  • Demonstrated skills for analyzing data and delivering insights and recommendations, enabling business partners to make critical decisions
  • 3+ years of either operations, workforce management or call center experience preferred
  • Bachelor s degree in business fieldThe Skills You Bring

    • Your consistent track record to take initiative, manage multiple tasks, monitor and respond to unforeseen dependencies, and work within condensed timelines

      • Providing reliable staffing / headcount plans for each customer facing PI function you support
      • Maximizing data from operational reporting, as well as insights from field and strategic leadership teams, to forecast key demand and staffing inputs
      • Coordinating with several key groups in the organization Finance, Operations, Talent Acquisition, L&D, RC Leadership, to gain approval and implementation of staffing / headcount plans
      • Partnering with various levels of the organization to highlight key metric trends that require attention and / or improvement
