Job Title: Account ManagerLocation: Remote AZ - must be able to travel within the Phoenix, AZ metro areaReady to make a difference? As a Senior Account Manager, you will support commercial utility programs to bring electrification and electric vehicle charging programs to trade ally partners and customers in the Phoenix, AZ metro area. An Account Manager will gain broad exposure to various types of electric energy projects and provides customer project development, trade ally recruiting and support management, and other technical services for a utility energy program. In this role, you would be responsible for driving trade ally and customer participation, providing insightful management reporting, generating leads and opportunities, and successfully closing projects in alignment with client contracts and key performance indicators In the Phoenix, AZ metro area.     • Proactively market the assigned programs to end use customers and trade allies in the commercial and industrial communities
    • Identify, build, and close opportunities to meet program goals
    • Maintaining strong recordkeeping and project documentation in the program CRM
    • Maintaining strong ongoing communications with program participants to assess their needs and to receive feedback on their experience with the program
    • Field inspections, customer surveys, and other program needs as appropriate to ensure Quality Assurance
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction with the program
    • Recruit, train and coach Trade Allies and internal support team members on best practices, program participation, project resolutions, and technical subject matter
    • Stay informed on industry news, updates, and trends What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
      • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years work experience in Account Management, Energy/Sustainability, Business Development, Outreach, Electrical, Construction Sciences and/or Project Management OR
      • 9+ years work experience in Account Management, Energy/Sustainability, Business Development, Outreach, Electrical, Construction Sciences and/or Project Management
      • Must have valid drivers license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check What we would like you to have:
        • Experience managing a service provider network and results-based selling.
        • Experience working in material handling, fleet, facilities, logistics or Industrial sectors.
        • Certified Energy Manager, BPI credentials or utility program implementation experience.
        • AutoCad, Electrical or Engineering experienceProfessional skills you will use:
          • Excellent Interpersonal skills with strong outreach and persuasive communication abilities.
          • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects, people and processes with limited oversight.
          • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
