Our flagship products and services include Connections Academy, US-based online public charter schools; Pearson Online Academy, a global online private school; and Pearson Connexus, our comprehensive online school program for school districts nationwide.The following description is intended to describe the general nature of the job that may include other duties as assumed or assigned; it is not intended to be all-inclusive or limit the duties of the position.Purpose of the positionReports to the Senior Manager of Lead Nurture and Enrollment Support for our virtual K-12 schools. The Manager of Enrollment Strategy oversees waitlist and lottery experiences as well as enrollment strategy to maximize conversion opportunity. Partners with the Managers of Document Verification, Enrollment Coaching, Lead Nurture, and Regional Enrollment to deliver a streamlined, efficient experience for prospective students and their families. Must be a strategic leader who plays a vital role in creating a culture of exceptional service, operational efficiency, and quality growth.Core tasks and responsibilities

  • Oversee the operational team managing enrollment capacity; maximize enrollment capacity at waitlist schools by identifying gaps and streamlining communication to waitlist families.
  • Work cross-functionally to apply enrollment strategies and communication broadly; ensure peer departments are informed of enrollment roadblocks.
  • Lead enrollment specialists in streamlining work processes and communication for operations, internal teammates, and external customers.
  • Partner with regional enrollment managers to determine needs and delivery of enrollment information to schools and internal customer support departments.
  • Simplify and automate the tactical expectations of enrollment specialists.
  • Contribute to enrollment metrics by suggesting big picture and tactical approaches to prospective student pipeline
  • Collaborate with Analytics to identify and elevate reporting opportunities for internal and external use; implement tools appropriately.Qualifications
    • Bachelor'sDegree preferred
    • Articulate, focused leader with ability to prioritize, plan, and deliver positive outcomes.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, and written and oral communication skills
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook365 suite
    • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
    • Highly organized, attentive to detail, self-motivated, and committed to quality work
