Is one of the Nation's leading specialty hospitals for women and newborns. There is a current opening for a Medical Staff Office Manager. -

The chosen candidate will:

• 
  
• Perform detailed reviews of applications, primary source verifications and sources provided.
  
• Recognize potential discrepancies and adverse information, and independently investigate a nd validate information applications, primary source verifications, or other sources. - -
  
• V erify and document expirable using acceptable verification sources to ensure compliance - with accreditation and regulatory standards. -
  
• Serve as main point of contact for external queries regarding practitioners' status, providing - responses in a timely matter .
  
• P rovide support for Reviews and update Activity Bylaws for the team. -
  
• Organize/coordinate meeting activity for the Credential and Medical Executive committees.
  
  
  - Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • - Degree in Business Administration or relative years of work Experience. - (Required) -
    
  • Exposure and background in supporting organizing committee activities (Credentials Committee & Medical Executive Committee) - (Preferred not Required)
    
  • Experience in hospital privileging credentialing
    
  • Exposure and background in supporting Medical Staff Association Leadership team - (preferred not required)
    
  • Previous Supervisory/Managerial Experience - (Required)
    
  • 5 years + secretarial experience - (Medical setting preferred not required)
    
  • Experience with credentialing software ECHO
    
  • Previous experience with software applications, - database -knowledge and general administrative skill set
    
  • Flu Vaccination (Required)
    
  • Updated Covid Vaccination & Booster (Required)
