JOB TITLE Director, Architecture Data SecurityThe RoleAs Director, Architecture Data Security you will play a hands-on role in driving the overall data security and protection strategy including data privacy and data disposal architecture within Workplace Investing (WI). Specifically, you will help define and implement WI s information lifecycle strategy that supports our cloud and modernization efforts. You will work closely with business partners and technology teams to understand business objectives and help define the appropriate architecture direction.The Expertise You Bring - Bachelor s or Master s degree in a technology related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) required - 10+ years of IT experience with demonstrated technical lead/architectural skills and responsibilities - Experience in Information security ops, data protection, infrastructure security and information security governance, endpoint, server-side security, and cloud computing - Excellent presentation, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence technology direction in a business context - Working knowledge and demonstrated experience with cloud service providers (e.g. AWS, MS Azure and Google) and cloud services (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and the ability to address the unique security considerations of secure cloud computing - Demonstrated technology and personal leadership experience in architecting, designing, and building data solutions - Ability to collaborate and partner with business domain leads, product owners, enterprise architects and other functional leads - Aptitude to communicate and collaborate with partners across business and technology - Experience presenting proposals to senior leadership to gain approval for initiativesThe Skills You Bring - Leadership skills to architect and design end-to-end data and information lifecycle solutions - Knowledge of security industry best practices including encryption, SCIM, Oauth, OIDC, FIDO etc. - Experience with perimeter security and OSWAP top 10 - Understanding of internet security: OAuth, Open ID Connect knowledge and standard methodologies - Experience in IAM, encryption, DevSecOps in AWS and or Azure - Demonstrated experience designed and developing information lifecycle capabilities such as data discovery, data purge processing and "right to be forgotten" - Experience developing solutions to meet the requirements of data privacy laws such as CCPA/CPRA and GDPR is highly desirable - Work experience with data discovery and privacy platforms such as BigID is desirable - Cloud data services experiences such as AWS and Azure is desirable - Ability to evaluate, prototype and recommend emerging data technologies and platforms - Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) - Desired certifications - CISSP, CISA, CIA - Relevant certifications in public cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is desirable - Basic understanding of DevOps technologies such as Jenkins, uDeploy, Concourse, and DatadogThe TeamFidelity Workplace Investing (WI) provides benefits to Fidelity customers, employers, and their employees, in a growing set of areas - Defined Contribution, Benefits Outsourcing & Payroll, Investment Products & Consulting and Defined Benefits.
