Well, what about the team?
We are looking for a vastly experienced iGaming product professional to play the role of Vice President of iGaming Experience to take our market leading product to the next level and bring success aligned to strategic ambition, as set out by the Board & the Executive team.Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will join the Product Leadership Team and complete the set alongside Sports, Reward & Incentive, & Core Player Experience. You will lead a Product team and work closely alongside dedicated colleagues, primarily in Design, Product Ownership, Content and Technology to deliver best in class by iGaming experiences to the customer.
So, what will you be doing?

• Defining and owning the product vision for iGaming experience
  
• Directing the product strategy to deliver on the iGaming of the business
  
• Articulating and communicating both the vision & strategy through themes and initiatives
  
• Directing teams in delivering success through continued Product improvement
  
• Championing the needs of the Customer and putting them at the heart of everything we do
  
• Developing and inspiring a great Product team, guiding all levels of Product Management to produce excellence

  • Demonstrate experience at a senior level leading teams within online/e-comment Product units
    
  • Possess expert knowledge of real money gaming products and business mechanics
    
  • Possess experience of working in large scale and agile product development
    
  • Display superb organisational and leadership skills to maintain a successful team ethic
    
  • Have an analytical mind, great attention to detail and a passion for problem solving
    
  • Be able to navigate through all complexities to deliver best in class experiences to our customers
