Objective and Purpose -The IGT iLottery team is seeking an
experienced, organized, and detail-oriented
ContractsManager/Administrator who will support its growing
iLottery business.As part of the IGT iLottery team, you will
provide support for the business teams operating inthe iLottery
sector in the US, Canada, and Latin America. You will work in a
dynamic,collaborative, and high-performance environment, helping
IGT manage a wide range ofbusiness challenges.This position will
report directly to the Sr. Director, Business Development and
Operations -iLottery, located in the US. -Responsibilities
Work in a dynamic environment in
collaboration with attorneys, account teams, and internal business
partners in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of
agreements with customers and vendors from across the industry,
including supply and licensing agreements foriLottery systems and
content.Manages vendor's performance for compliance to contract
terms & conditions as well as Service Level Agreements
(SLAs).Assist with developing Master Service Agreements and Scope
of Work documents.Implements and utilizes Contract Management
software to manage various agreements.Assist with the development
and implementation of processes, policies, and standard
forms.Document and know-how management.Contributing to iLottery
projects and strategic objectives.Opportunities to participate in

-Qualifications
At least 8 years of contract
administration or similar experience (minimum level included as a
guide only, we will consider all candidates that demonstrate they
meet our key requirements regardless of experience, however, JD and
JD candidates who are still practicing attorneys and wish to remain
practicing may not be considered.)Bachelor's Degree or associate
degree.Paralegal Certificate would be a plus.Good understanding of
Contract Law and experience in negotiating commercial
contracts.Strong analytic and communication skills to be able to
communicate business and legal concepts and issues effectively to
internal business clients.Skills and personal drive to proactively
understand issues and develop positive solutions.Technology-related
experience or gaming experience is desirable but not
essential.Self-motivated team player with the ability to multi-task
in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with a
solution-oriented approach to business and legal issues.Excellent
organizational skills and proficiency in the use of standard IT
applications.Customer-oriented interpersonal skills and ability to
work closely with large cross-functional teams (including finance,
compliance, operations, legal, and People & Transformation (HR)).

compensation, including background, skills,experience, and work
location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The
estimatedstarting compensation range is $84,000 - $200,000. The
actual pay offered may end up being higher orlower. The Company
will comply with all local pay requirements and collective
bargaining agreements,where applicable. -Base pay is only one part
of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for
commissionpayments, while other roles are eligible for
discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a401(k)
