Job Description:The Role We are currently looking for the head
of Employer Digital Architecture to join WI Digital Experience
Architecture DomainFidelity's Workplace Investing (WI) Architecture
team architects' digital experiences that supports WI's suite of
Digital applications. We are passionate about delivering innovative

you will serve as a VP Employer Digital Architecture within the
Employer Digital Product Area focusing on PSW platform and end to
end platform interactions. You will provide strategic leadership
for the platform and will be responsible for the overall
architectural roadmap of the Plan Sponsor experience. You will work
closely with the Product Area to drive the architectural strategy
and roadmaps. In addition to architectural leadership, you will
partner with the PSW Digital Experience Leaders, Squad Leaders,
Chapter Leaders, and other Architects to solve sophisticated and
exciting business problems and recommend impactful architecture
solutions for high priority items.The Expertise and Skills You

- Demonstrated ability in architecting elegant solutions that
deliver web experiences and solutions on the web/ mobile and for
our internal associates!
- Experience in leading, defining and implementing architecture
blueprints that align with Enterprise digital experiences across
technical standards, policies and procedures
- Consistent track record to build consensus around architecture
solutions with the business visions and technical strategies
- Ability to apply a strategic mentality to help produce scalable
and maintainable technology solutions
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation,
documentation, and influencing skills
- Collaborate with business and technical partners to provide an
industry leading customer experience on the web using agile
frameworksYour background in the following will prove vital:
- Architecture: Active curiosity to conceptualize, design, and
construct digital experiences; Helping articulate, govern, and
evolve the Digital experience strategy for the Employer platform
and align with business objectives, goals, and strategy. Experience
decomposing relevant business and security problems into creative,
efficient, and scalable solutions
- Digital Experience Architecture: Hands-on knowledge with
modernizing web applications, authorization and authentication
approaches, using enterprise patterns and tools to deliver
enterprise-scale and highly resilient solutions that will be the
building blocks for our business.
- Communication: Strong story-telling skills that drive program
messaging and influence decisions and action. Ability to articulate
architecture solutions to Senior Executives and architecture
leadership
- Collaboration: Ability to navigate sophisticated, interpersonal
relationships and build partnerships across the firm at all
levels
- People Management: Senior level experience managing, leading,
coaching, mentoring, and developing people
- Leadership: Strong management, facilitation, and
problem-solving skills are a must; providing technical leadership
and hands on day-to-day solutions to squads
- Influencing Skills: Employs collaborative approach to gain
consensus and support for the needs of the work. Understands
organizational dynamics and adapts proposals to efficiently
navigate constraints
- Business/Application Knowledge: Understanding of the Benefits
Outsourcing model as well as the business practices of each of the
individual business units (e.g. Defined Benefits, Defined
Contributions, Health & Insurance and Stock Plan Services)The Value

- Comprehensive knowledge of internet, mobile, and application
architecture, as well as current and emerging technologies
- Specialist understanding of architect process including driving
the overall strategy for the Employer Platform.
- Ability to collaborate with a variety of individuals and groups
across Fidelity in a constructive manner to accomplish tasks and
drive forward key business initiatives
- Ability to learn quickly, be flexible, adapt and strive to
excel in a fast paced, changing environment
- Ability to be highly organized, very responsive, and committed
