ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting reports to the Corporate Accounting Director and is responsible for overseeing the corporate general accounting function/team with specific involvement in managing and reviewing month-end close activities, reviewing/posting journal entries, reviewing account reconciliations, calculating EPS, and other financial reporting-related activities. Additionally, this position serves as a key contact for other corporate departments for various accounting-related matters/projects. This role requires heavy interaction and coordination with various functional areas within the Company including human resources, financial planning, treasury, M&A, international operations, tax, legal, payroll, and financial reporting.Principal Activities and Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close activities including review of journal entries and account reconciliations with relevant supporting documentation. This includes accounting areas such as stock compensation, share buybacks, incentive accruals, Payroll, legal accruals, and other corporate areas
• Maintain regular contact with other corporate departments, especially Treasury, Compensation, Payroll, Mobility, Corporate FP&A, Legal, as well as other groups in order to assess accounting-related impacts
• Worldwide management of all confidential stock compensation (stock options, restricted stock and other equity awards) accounting. Review monthly journal entries for stock-related activity and associated annual budget and quarterly forecasts. Includes the implementation of new stock-related technical US GAAP and IFRS accounting pronouncements and updates. Help coordinate the work of independent appraisers with respect to the valuation of equity awards -
• Responsible for quarterly basic EPS and diluted EPS calculations, including review of the weighted averages shares outstanding calculation and share buyback program activity
• Assist with the preparation of the financial statement footnotes (Stock compensation, Acquisitions and Dispositions, EPS, et cetera) for the Annual and Quarterly Reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, along with the preparation of related schedules for the Company's Statutory Reporting Package required by the Company's majority shareholder
• Ensure compliance with SOX internal control requirements with respect to the Equity, Incentives, Treasury Financing, and Accrual cycles. Ownership of SOX process documentation including annual/periodic review and updates, process improvements, etc.
• Assist in the coordination of annual audit, quarterly interim reviews, and periodic audit activities of internal and external auditors. Oversee auditor fee approval procedures and prepare audit fee slides for the Audit Committee
  -Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting required; CPA required
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience; public accounting experience required (Big Four heavily preferred); publicly traded company experience required (as auditor or industry)
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS a plus
  • Experience within a multinational business, preferred
  • Highly detail oriented and organized in work; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Office; SAP, BPC, and Equity Comp software experience a plus

The estimated starting compensation range for the Sr. Manager, Corporate Accounting role is $84,000 - $200,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
