We are looking for a Director of Product Management within Fidelity Institutional (FI), who will be dedicated to helping financial advisors thrive by offering Client-Focused Expertise, Industry-Leading Financial Solutions and Flexible Technology. In this role you will work with a team to drive the fintech strategy, own and manage a set of fintech relationships and provide mentorship for others on the team. As a Fintech Relationship Manager, you blend deep product knowledge of integration capabilities with the ability to lead and drive innovative solutions between Fidelity and the fintech. You have a passion for empathizing with our clients and fintech s in defining opportunities, generating solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and optimizing integrations.Your primary focus areas for this role are:

  • Strategy: Defining the roadmap, conducting industry/market exploration, identifying client integration need(s) and creating a vision for your fintech s future
  • Management: Effectively working and collaborating with internal partners and fintech counterparts to define and manage ongoing opportunities and own the health of your relationships
  • Improvement: Driving innovation and efficiency to improve speed to market, relationship effectiveness and overall client/fintech satisfaction. Ability to identify areas of fintech relationship improvement and conduct periodic overall fintech health assessments to drive prioritizationThe Expertise and Skills You Bring
    • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or Information Technology, MBA or equivalent career experience preferred
    • 10+ years of experience in fintech solutions integration, product management and client/relationship management
    • Willingness to act as a subject matter expert on fintech integrations and capabilities
    • Manage senior level interactions with clients and fintechs
    • Strong understanding of integration scope and execution with the ability to understand complex interactions between Fidelity clients/solutions and corresponding fintech solutions
    • Proven ability to influence your squad and interdependent teams by embracing the common vision and fostering collaboration; driving towards the business goal with effective communication and navigating through complex scenarios
    • Proficiently leading all steps of the integrations process with a focus on product improvements and fintech adoption
    • Keen focus on the end-to-end customer experience; resolving user pain points while working across stakeholders to prioritize solutions
    • Demonstrating a grow and learn mindset to advance skills and approaching work with a constant curiosity to keep current with business and client needsThe Team This is an excellent opportunity to join this dynamic Product Solutions Chapter Area and work on solutions to drive the FI business forward.
