This may include planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to the design, development and implementation of SAP application systems, services, and processes. Supports the implementation, maintenance and upgrading of their existing application/infrastructure systems and services. Leads team on issues related to SAP design, development and deployment of mission-critical information, infrastructure and/or software systems. Manages a team dedicated to Finance ERP solutions establishing goals and objectives, managing performance and deliverables, and developing and mentoring staff. Also, this role may manage performance and deliverables from a global workforce of associates and external IT vendors that may be operating from various time-zones. In addition, this role will focus on the strategic direction and IT functional/technical roadmaps for SAP ERP. -Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Finance ERP Engineering and Delivery--- Leads efforts in the design and implementation of SAP platforms such as S/4 HANA, Ariba and Vistex--- Leads efforts in architecture, design, configurations, technical solutions, and support for UNFI's SAP RISE S/4 HANA Private Cloud Environment--- Works collaboratively with key business area stakeholders or internal IT teams to determine technical direction and approach to system design and implementation--- Ensure designs support scalability, quality, performance, security, maintainability, and architectural integrity, and ensure solutions are delivered in alignment with the defined architecture strategies and goal through collaboration across IT teams--- Define strategy, plans, governance needed to implement and manage SAP S/4 HANA using best practices and technical standards--- Develop, monitor, and manage metrics / KPIs as a basis for continuous improvement.--- Manages Vendor Relationships to deliver services Related to Applications Managed Services and SAP Basis support--- Act as a subject matter expert to the organization for SAP systems such as S/4 HANA, Ariba and Vistex--- Contributes to the ongoing evolution of process/methodologies that pertain to the software development lifecycle, people management, business process or information servicesLeadership & Coaching--- Will guide and coach direct report managers, team leads, supervisors or associates with a diverse set of technical responsibilities --- Accountable for all aspects of managing the team including setting goals and objectives, hiring and termination recommendations, training, managing performance, developing associates, staffing, promotions and salary administration, manages performance utilizing organization's performance management system, practices and tools; applying them to developing and improving individual, team, and organizational performanceEducation/Certification:
Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science, or related discipline is preferred Experience: --- 8-10 years of relevant Information Technology experience required including 3-5+ years of technical experience with SAP S4/HANA Cloud ERP private edition, SAP Fiori and FICO modules for Finance applications--- 3+ years SAP ERP implementation/consulting experience working with leading SAP System Integrator(s)--- 3-5+ years of experience leading a team(s) made up of technical associate and/or contract resources in multiple locations, including offshore required--- Experience in change management and commercial thinking across the organization and the behaviors supporting such, while engaging in a collaborative, inclusive leadership style--- Preferred experience Vistex trade promotions management for SAP --- Leading an IT team supporting multiple locations and/or relevant experience with various technical products, services, and production support responsibilities--- Demonstrated ability to influence key IT and Business leaders--- Managing conflicting approaches aligned to strategic roadmap -Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: --- Advanced knowledge of Finance and Wholesale Distribution business practices, processes/applications, and associated industry software tools--- Deep knowledge of all components of a technical architecture including Cloud/Hybrid application architecture--- Understanding of network architecture and secure API design principles--- Familiar with Java Spring Boot integration framework --- SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)--- Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications - -All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status. Pay Range: $114300.00 - $220500.00 Annually ($54.95 - $106.01 Hourly)

After the introductory period, as a 100% commission-based role, there is no set salary.
