As a Financial Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting process, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC filings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Big 4 Public Accounting and experience working in the software industry. You must also be proficient in Workiva Software and possess a CPA certification.Why join us?-Excellent internal growthFlexible hybrid in-office policyStrong Benefits - Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability InsuranceGenerous PTOBeautiful office in great locationJob Details-Responsibilities:Oversee the financial reporting process, including the preparation of financial statements, footnotes, and other disclosuresEnsure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC filingsManage the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and ensure timely filing with the SECWork closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reportingMonitor and analyze changes in accounting standards and regulations and provide guidance to the companyDevelop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and other stakeholdersAssist with the preparation of financial reports for management and board of directorsManage and mentor a team of financial reporting professionalsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in the technology industryCPA certification requiredStrong background in Big 4 Public AccountingProficient in US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC filingsExperience with Workiva SoftwareExcellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlinesInterested in hearing more?
