Job Description:

A Kforce client is seeking to hire a CFO/VP Finance in Providence, Rhode Island (RI). Summary: This company is a $75M revenue, closely held and well-established successful company. They offer free parking to employees. They have a great benefits package that includes healthcare with majority of premiums company-paid, 401K, and vacation/sick/personal time. This role will be fully in the office. Responsibilities include:

Oversee budgeting and forecasting
Oversee payroll and benefits
Oversee IT and tax compliance
Monitor and present financial metrics
Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems
Prepare year-end reporting
Prepare reports for the Board of Directors
Coordinate shareholder meetings
Research technical accounting standards
Manage the administration of stock options
Generate sales proposals
Negotiate and manage contracts
Perform financial due diligence for acquisitions
