Job Overview:----This position is responsible for being a company-wide subject matter expert on Electronic Payments and understanding industry standards and payment system functionality.-- They will manage a team of 5 people and are responsible for leading their team through the critical boarding and implementation process to convert retail customers to our payments program.-- This will require interfacing with vendors, retailers and internal teams to resolve problems, establish processes, to meet goals and requirements for our customers.-- This position will also work closely with Independent/Wholesale customers to sell them Payment Services, execute on implementations and to establish and meet requirements.--Performs job functions in an independent manner, with limited coaching.-- Capable of performing on multiple projects while managing and working closely with team members.-- Strong organization skills and ability to track and communicate sales and implementation activity is critical.-- --Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:-------- Possesses ability to effectively represent and sell our Payments program to customers.------ Understands boarding and implementation procedures and leads team effectively to expedite and meet goals and requirements.------ Tracks and updates sales, boarding and implementation activity in UNFI's MyBiz SalesForce system.------ Lead weekly and monthly calls with sales and execution teams to track, review and manage the status of the sales leads and the boarding/implementation activity.------ Builds strong relationships with product stakeholders, customers, vendors, subject matter experts and other Professional Services teams.------ Demonstrates expertise and provides training and leadership on the payment processing environment including terminals, third party vendor systems and their interaction during the payment boarding, transaction processing, settlement and reconciliation/billing lifecycle.------ Manages day to day work of team members providing training, guidance and leadership.------ Identifies, documents and manages execution of technical, compliance, product improvements and business requirements with internal and external teams to meet company and team objectives.-- ------ Proactively identifies, investigates and resolves problems while establishing processes to mitigate future occurrences to ensure program accuracy, compliance and customer satisfaction.------ Establish processes and conduct reviews of program boarding and implementation activities ensure quality, consistency and accuracy are met.-- ------ Demonstrates proficient knowledge with third party service provider tools with the ability to manage team members and provide recommendations to vendors.------ Follow regulatory and UNFI policies standards while handling sensitive retail customer data.------ Facilitates small, medium and large groups of individuals and customers, representing significant diversity in interest and to resolve issues, expedite implementations, sell services and support customers.------ Understand and comply with payment industry mandates and government regulations including Payment Card Industry (PCI), EMV, Point of Sale standards, etc. to advise retailers on compliance requirements and ensure that internal and external partner systems and processes are secure.--Job Requirements:----Education/Certification: ---------- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline preferredExperience: ---- -- -- --3+--years relevant work experience in the payments processing industry and demonstrated ability to manage and lead others.-- Knowledge: -------- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills-------- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks, people and execution.-------- Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and manage complex activity.---- -------- Ability to hold team and vendors accountable.-------- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer focus and demonstrated ability to work with geographically dispersed customers, associates and vendors.-------- Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications including Teams.-------- Knowledge of SharePoint use and functionality preferred.-- --Skills/Abilities: ---------- Pay Range: $90300.00 - $169100.00 Annually ($43.41 - $81.30 Hourly)

Compensation:UNFI anticipates paying the above-referenced pay rate (or within the above-referenced pay range) for this position. Actual Pay, where applicable, will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, training, and any requirements under applicable collective bargaining agreements. UNFI s commission plans are uncapped and average earnings vary depending on territory and sales achieved, among other factors.UNFI s compensation, benefits, and paid time off policies are subject to change in the Company s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law.
