The Talent Management Lead for CenterWell Home Solutions develops,
implements, and evaluates employee development plans and programs
to support organizational needs in a combination of disciplines
such as management development, talent management, succession
planning, organization development/effectiveness/design. The Talent
Management Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity
ranging from moderate to substantial.The Talent Management Lead
monitors employee development, assesses needs and results, develops
new programs, and modifies existing programs. Advises executives to
develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters
of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making
on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works
under minimal supervision, using independent judgment requiring
analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of

- 8 or more years of technical experience leading Talent
initiatives: Development, Organizational Effectiveness/Design
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization
focused on continuously improving culture, leadership and associate
experiencesPreferred Qualifications
- Successful track record leading organization design and
business transformations
- Human Centered Design experience
- Organization Design, Talent or Change

Requirements:
- To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to
work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or
Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following
criteria:
- At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of
10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is
suggested
- Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only
if approved by leadership
- Associates who live and work from Home in the state of
California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a
bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
- Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with
telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements
for their position/job.

compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting
base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time
of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on
geographic location and individual pay will vary based on
demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education,
certifications, etc. $102,200 - $140,700 per year. This job is
eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or
