Talent Management Coordinator (Contract)
Boston, MA - Hybrid - $30-32/hr

We're partnering with a top-tier investment firm to help them hire a Talent Management Coordinator to join their Boston-based HR team. This is a highly visible contract role supporting fast-paced recruiting operations-perfect for someone who thrives in a polished, professional environment and is ready to make an impact.

Due to continued team growth and hiring volume, the HR department is adding an extra set of hands to ensure a smooth recruitment process. You'll be a key player in coordinating interviews, managing ATS workflows (Paycor Recruiting), posting jobs, and working closely with hiring managers-including senior leadership.

This is not your average admin gig-it's an opportunity to become a core part of a strategic Talent function at a well-respected capital management firm.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own scheduling for candidate interviews (Zoom + onsite panels)
• Maintain and update Paycor Recruiting ATS
• Post jobs, review incoming resumes, and coordinate candidate feedback
• Attend intake meetings with hiring managers and help drive a seamless interview process
• Support contractor documentation (e.g., Statements of Work, Certificates of Insurance)
• Jump in on ad-hoc HR/talent projects as neededWhat We're Looking For:
  
  • 2+ years in a recruiting or talent coordination role
  • ATS experience required; Paycor preferred
  • High level of professionalism, polish, and communication
  • Someone who thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
  • Financial services or tech recruiting exposure is a big plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferredKey Info:
    
    • Schedule: Monday & Friday remote; Tues-Thurs onsite (standard business hours)
    • Contract Length: Open-ended with potential for extension or conversion as the team grows
