Job Description:

Prioritizes backlogs and ensure the timely delivery of capabilities to customers. Leverages customer feedback, market and competitive analysis, and technical data points to drive strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

Maintains backlogs and facilitates Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Inspects sprint progress.

Defines and delivers against key performance indicators (KPIs).

Develops team strategies to ensure alignment with business goals.

Prioritizes user story backlogs by assessing interdependencies.

Writes user stores to seed product backlogs.

Defines and executes required readiness activities.

Collaborates with chapter leads and stakeholders to resolve escalated issues and create trade off decisions that maximize overall value for customers.

Collaborates with User Experience Designers to define optimal user experience features.

Communicates externally with stakeholders to ensure teams are building products that meet customer needs.

Identifies, prioritizes, resolves, and communicates problems/opportunities within production environments.

Facilitates product demonstrations.

Defines and communicates acceptance criteria for output based on business and customer requirements.

Recruits and retains key talent.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or six (6) years of experience in management consulting for IT strategy and implementation initiatives or product development in Workplace Managed Accounts.

Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or four (4) years of experience in management consulting for IT strategy and implementation initiatives or product development in Workplace Managed Accounts.

Skills and Knowledge:

Candidate must also possess:

Demonstrated Expertise (DE) in strategy development for technology based products and solutions -- opportunity identification and evaluation, competitive benchmarking, business case development, and influencing senior managements strategic decisions using a data-driven approach -- in the financial service industry (asset management, brokerage, personal investing, and retirement domains).

DE in the implementation of $1+ million dollar software development initiatives used by 100,000+ customers in an Agile environment, including requirements definition, prioritization of product backlog, and ensuring timely delivery of capabilities to customers by leading and directing internationally matrixed teams to enable high performing teams and enhance the customer experience.

DE mapping and improving workplace account opening and enrollment processes (online and via live channel) and associated technologies -- customer data protection and cyber security systems; and leading the development of business solutions and offerings to meet customer needs in the account opening and enrollment process by partnering with internal stakeholders.

DE analyzing workplace managed accounts solutions, including profiling methodologies, investment processes, analytics of the investment outcome, and differences among 3(16), 3(21), and 3(38) fiduciary responsibilities.
