Job Description:
Analyzes business data and merges digital data with offline
customer data using digital analytics tools -- Adobe Analytics and
Adobe Target. Builds and administers Web analytics dashboards and
reports. Highlights insights in data, using digital analytical
tools and visualization software. Partners with marketing
stakeholders, finance, and technology partners to design and
measure experiments, report on key metrics and demonstrate how
marketing is driving value. Creates executive level presentations
to help stakeholders understand current effectiveness and
optimization of processes. Evaluates financial aspects of product
development -- buds, expenditures, research and development
appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss
projections. Primary Responsibilities: Measures and optimizes the performance of media efforts. Develops A/B testing frameworks, experimental design, sampling
methods, and statistical analysis/hypothesis testing. Optimizes marketing content and uncovers new opportunities to
improve the value of marketing for the business. Improves marketing performance and provides insights by leading
measurement analytic projects. Articulates insights by creating executive level
presentations. Researches and analyzes customer, marketing, industry, and
technical matters. Outlines data sourcing, analyzes data relationships, and
develops analysis strategies. Gathers and analyzes project requirements. Oversees product development and monitoring trends to predict
the need for new products and services. Identifies, develops, and evaluates marketing strategy based on
establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and
markup factors. Evaluates financial aspects of product development -- buds,
expenditures, research and development appropriations,
return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections. Presents the results of mathematical modeling and data analysis
to management or end users. Performs validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and
reformulates models as necessary. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Business
Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing,
Management Information Systems, or a closely related field and six
(6) years of experience in the job offered or six (6) years of
experience implementing, tracking, and reporting website and user
behavior, and marketing campaign activity -- user responses and ad
views -- on Web analytics and marketing platforms (Adobe Analytics
and Google Analytics 360). Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Business Administration, Business Analytics,
Information Systems, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or
a closely related field and four (4) years of experience in the job
offered or four (4) years of experience implementing, tracking, and
reporting website and user behavior, and marketing campaign
activity -- user responses and ad views -- on Web analytics and
marketing platforms (Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 360). Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) leading marketing analytics
initiatives including optimizing digital marketing campaigns --
media mix modeling, attribution, digital measurement, and
experimental design, and designing and measuring U/I test and learn
campaigns and cross-channel ROI models -- using multi-variate
testing, regression modeling, multi-touch attribution, and cluster,
waterfall, and funnel analysis. DE extracting marketing, sales, and customer data for analysis,
using unstructured, semi-structured, and structured databases --
Snowflake, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Athena, and Oracle SQL;
creating programmatic scripts to extract, transform, and manipulate
data, using SQL, Python, or R; and creating interactive marketing
and business results dashboards using BI tools -- Tableau, Power
BI, and Qlik. DE acting as a member of an analytics team responsible for
performing analytics product management for business solutions --
building systems to support key business and marketing
measurements, engaging with customers to determine areas of
improvement, creating big data products and computational
analytics, writing requirements, developing business cases, and
managing future analytics and product roadmaps -- according to
Agile methodologies, using Oracle, AWS Athena, Snowflake databases,
and BI tools -- Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik. DE leading and growing analytics and project teams responsible
for delivering measurement frameworks, and data analysis and
insights for owned -- email and onsite marketing -- and key
business partners; and presenting strategic insights to
stakeholders and senior executives to advance marketing measurement
