Performs digital analytics -- site analytics, digital media
measurement, and social listening -- using Adobe Analytics, Adobe
Target, Qualtrics, and Clarabridge. Mines customer databases to
analyze audiences, uncover behavioral patterns, and inform
targeting strategies, using R, Python, and SQL. Uses business
knowledge to perform project management for digital analytics
projects. Works with end-users to coordinate product development
and support. Establishes best-in-class analytical expertise,
standards, and scaling self-serve data analytics and
experimentation approaches. Primary Responsibilities: Analyzes customer behavior and business metrics at every touch
point -- Web, mobile, IoT, phone, and branch -- and generates
insights to drive innovation, product development, democratization,
and scale of retirement income offerings. Establishes full project life cycle plans for one or more
complex projects. Elicits, captures, and interprets customer problems from
multiple perspectives across projects or within a program. Presents implications and recommendations with a strategic
perspective influencing project parameters and outcomes. Envisions and creates solutions that meet the requirements of
the business. Provides the overall blueprint/roadmap for delivering
solutions. Estimates appropriate time frames for releases based on effort
estimation. Works in a fast-paced environment delivering tactical and
strategic technology solutions. Establishes and project manages analysis plans for multiple
moderately complex work streams. Supports the democratization of data among business partners and
creates self-serve data visualization tools that enable business
decision making. Develops standards and scales self-serve data analytics and
experimentation approaches. Generates customer insights using analytical research approaches
-- digital and cross-channel analytics. Performs primary research and measures in-market tests by
employing quantitative and qualitative methods. Translates quantitative analyses and research findings into
accessible visuals for non-technical audiences using data
visualization tools -- Qlik, Tableau, and Domo. Develops and monitors key performance indicators to track the
ongoing business performance. Formulates and applies mathematical modeling and optimizes
methods to develop and interpret information that assists
management with decision-making, policy formulation, or managerial
functions. Collects and analyzes data and develops decision support
software, services, or products. Establishes and project manages analysis plans for multiple and
moderately complex work streams. Elicits, captures, and interprets customer problems from
multiple perspectives across projects or within a program. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer
Science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information
Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely
related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered
or five (5) years of experience implementing, tracking, and
reporting user behavior activity -- user responses and business
metrics -- on cross channel data platforms. Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering
Management, Information Technology, Information Systems,
Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) year
of experience in the job offered or three (3) year of experience
implementing, tracking, and reporting user behavior activity --
user responses and business metrics -- on cross channel data
platforms. Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) analyzing, tracking, and reporting
user behavior at every touchpoint, marketing campaign activity, and
in market test on Web analytics and cross channel data platforms,
using Qualtrics, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target; and leading
marketing analytics to optimize digital marketing campaigns --
digital measurement and experimental design. DE developing key performance indicators to monitor retirement
income product area progress using data preparation and
visualization tools -- Tableau, Domo, Qlik, and Excel; and
furnishing actionable insights that enable business decision making
through 360 degree customer data mining using Cloud technologies --
Snowflake, Oracle, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). DE querying data sets -- customer attributes and behaviors,
transaction history, digital activity, call recordings, and
business financials -- with 10 million + records using analytical
tools -- SQL, AWS Athena, R, and Python; and developing
self-service interactive dashboards to convey complex analyses to
non-technical audiences, using Business Intelligence (BI) tools --
Qliksense and Tableau. DE capturing customer feedback, using surveys, call recordings,
and virtual assistant sessions, using Qualtrics, Nexidia, and
Nuance; and generating actionable insights, using Natural Language
