Defines, reviews, and tracks team objectives and Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs). Consults with management to develop and ensure
agreement on system principles. Writes user stories and acceptance
criteria. Communicates and ensures understanding of objectives and
KPIs by team members and other partners. Demonstrates new systems
functionality to customers and partners to receive feedback and
approval. Confers with clients regarding the nature of the
information processing or computation needs a computer program is
to address. Will provide analysis leadership on complex systems
analysis projects, often across subsystems and companies, in a
matrix organization. Consults with business users to develop
recommendations that address difficult and complex business needs
and opportunities. Primary Responsibilities: Leads and conducts interviews with business users to gather
requirements, and understand technology needs as well as system and
workflow challenges. Develops recommendations that address difficult and complex
business needs and opportunities. Establishes full project life cycle plans for complex systems
analysis projects, and defines project scope. Leads other analysts in the execution of documents on large and
complex projects and monitors the quality and progress of documents
created by other analysts. Designs new systems based on requirements. Leads and participates in the definition of test strategies, and
coordinates user acceptance testing efforts. Communicates progress of multiple projects to management,
engages stakeholders on a regular basis, and manages expectations
of internal and external stakeholders. Serves as industry subject matter expert, and identifies other
subject matter experts who are the sources of requirements for
large and complex projects. Works with other teams to evolve standards and best practices
for systems analysis processes. Participates in incident/crisis management to assess business
impact, determines and facilitates any workarounds, in concert with
the production support organization. Advises on risk assessment and risk management strategies. Coaches and mentors junior product analysts and developers on
systems analysis techniques and business workflows. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer
Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,
Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and five (5) years
of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience
implementing and maintaining risk and compliance enterprise
solutions that support adherence to enterprise policies and
controls. Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely
related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered
or three (3) years of experience implementing and maintaining risk
and compliance enterprise solutions that support adherence to
enterprise policies and controls. Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) driving technology transformations
and enabling state-of-the-art Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)
solutions -- archival strategies for legacy GRC systems -- across
an enterprise using RSA Archer GRC platform. DE building a comprehensive plan for the operational reporting
of anti-money laundering and sanctions customer and transaction
screening programs for regulatory compliance -- Customer
Identification Program (CIP), 314-(a), Foreign Financial
Institutions (FFI), Foreign Banks (FB), and High-Risk
Jurisdiction. DE in product and program management -- engaging with risk,
audit, workplace investing, and technology business units across an
enterprise, leading $2+ million-dollar Cloud/SaaS initiatives
including, migrating SharePoint on-premise platforms to SharePoint
online and IBM Open Pages GRC solution to RSA Archer -- using Agile
Methodologies (Scaled Agile Framework and Scrum). DE working with enterprise risk and compliance teams to
determine business needs and define system requirements and
solutions -- performing periodic audit and control remediation of
record management platforms to ensure compliance with required
enterprise policies and regulatory requirements including SEC 17a-4
