Paragon Rehabilitation, a subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services LLC, is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for Full Time providing home health in/around Natick/Framingham as well as Northborough, Southborough, Westborough and Marlborough, MA . You must hold an active or pending Speech Language Pathology (SLPCCC) state license to apply for this position. *Cannot consider CFY.
