per hour Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm This employer requires all
employees, temporary labor, consultants, and contractors to be

medical or religious exemptions. This Senior Advisor position will
be responsible for overseeing recall execution for Retail, Long
Term Care, and Target pharmacies. In addition, the individual will
be responsible for working with Senior Directors and Directors of
Specialty Trade to review, redline, and negotiate aspects of the
client's specialty pharmaceutical contracts. - The individual will
have the authority to review and approve recalls and finalize
specialty contract redlines. The individual will oversee annual
returns of $3M in recall communication fee invoicing, $29M in
recall product returns, and over $200M of returns related to
Specialty. Finally, the Senior Advisor will provide much needed
clinical expertise for the return goods team related to pharmacy
inventory and dispensing habits. Duties: The Return Goods team
requires an individual to review and execute recalls for Retail,
Omnicare & Target pharmacies. This role is needed to: --- Take over
recall execution responsibilities for Retail, Omnicare and Target.
This function was handled by an Executive Advisor on the Trade team
who has now moved to the newly created Brand Contracting team. Due
to the department reorganization, the recall execution can no
longer reside with the Brand Contracting organization so the
responsibilities will need to move over to the Return Goods team to
eliminate conflict of interest. --- Provide clinical knowledge and
pharmacy knowledge. The Rx Returns team needs clinical expertise to
explain to suppliers why certain situations are happening in our
pharmacies. This is needed as part of the Rx Returns team to
provide insight to our pharmaceutical suppliers. --- Work with
Specialty Trade to assist with Specialty contracting. With the
growth in the specialty segment, additional resources are needed to
assist with contract reviews and clinical expertise related to
return goods. Recall execution: --- Review and approve federal
recalls for Retail, Omnicare, and Target pharmacies. --- Interpret
Food and Drug Association (FDA) guidance on recalls. Work with
Legal to assist with interpretation as necessary. --- Interacting
with Retail & Long-Term Care Operations, Legal, the larger Returns
team, and other departments pertaining to recall execution; 40% ---
Clinical discussions as part of return goods to provide real world
knowledge on pharmacy dispensing and inventory habits directly with
the team and pharmaceutical suppliers Specialty Oversight: ---
Approve return goods language in specialty contracts. Work with
Specialty Trade Directors and Senior Directors to refine contracts
as necessary. --- Negotiate terms of contracts with Specialty
companies and internal Trade partners --- Build out process with
the client's Finance to track Specialty volume and write-off 30% If

Requirements:Experience: --- Knowledge of pharmaceutical space,
ideally one that includes Specialty pharmaceuticals --- Proven
track record of successful results related to analytical aptitude
and problem solving skills; --- Ability to manage and communicate
with senior members of both internal and external business
partners, including legal teams, in a professional, consultative
capacity; --- Proven record of negotiating with internal and
external partners and identifying alternative paths to meet
business needs; --- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word
(specifically redlining and tracking of document changes), Excel,
Access and PowerPoint experience. --- Ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting
deadlines and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment. ---
Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, extremely
organized, and attention to detail; and --- Proven ability to
communicate effectively, in both written and verbal form, in a
manner that is clear, succinct, logical and consistent, including
the ability to influence decisions across all levels of the
