  • Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
  • Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
    • Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
    • Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
    • Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders To join this team please have the following requirements:
      • COVID Vaccination Required
      • A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in the state of RI
        • Ideal candidates will possess clinical experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting
